Oak Mushroom 한국산 표고버섯 Korean oak mushroom 한국산 표고버섯이 해외에 소개되어 건강식이나 영양학적으로 인정받은 지는 불과 20여년 밖에 되지 않지만, 짧은 기간 동안 그 우수성을 높게 평가 받아 세계시장에서 점유율이 급성장하였습니다. 특히 건표고버섯은 대표적인 수출품목 입니다.

Even though it has been only about 20 years since Korean oak mushroom was introduced overseas and recognized in the aspect of health food or nutrition, its excellency has been highly evaluated within a short time, so the share was rapidly grown in the world market. Especially, the dried oak mushroom is a representative item for export.

표고버섯의 영양 및 효능 Nutrition & effectiveness of oak mushroom
  • 표고버섯에 들어있는 무기질은 칼슘과 인이 가장 많이 함유되어 있으며 산소 운반 역할을 하는 혈액중의 헤모글로빈을 생성하는 철분도 다량 포함하고 있음
  • 버섯류 중 목이버섯 다음으로 식이섬유가 많이 들어 있어 변비 예방에도 도움
  • 또한 비타민D 효과를 가지는 에르고스테롤이 많이 함유되어 있어 자외선을 받으면 체내에서 프로비타민 D 생성. 최근에는 에리다데닌라는 특수성분이 혈액 중 콜레 스테롤을 제거하여 고혈압 예방에도 효과가 있는 것으로 알려짐
  • Among the minerals of oak mushroom, Calcium and Phosphorus are contained the most. It also contains lots of Iron that produces hemoglobin in blood that carries oxygen.
  • Next to the black mushroom, it contains lots of dietary fiber, which is helpful for the prevention of constipation.
  • As it also contains lots of Ergosterol with the effects of Vitamin D, when it gets UV rays, it produces Pro-Vitamin D. Recently, it is also known that its special ingredient called Eritadenine removes cholesterol from blood, which is helpful for the prevention of high blood pressure.
