    What is ‘Bugak’ ? "Bugak" is a traditional Korean snack with a rich history. Made by thinly slicing and frying ingredients, it boasts a crispy texture and unique flavors. 'Bugak' is a variety of vegetarian deep-fried dish that was enjoyed by Korean nobility and developed by the Korean royal court cuisine as a way to preserve fresh ingredients well past their peak season.
