Directions Mix SEVENCO tempura powder(500g) and cold water(700ml) in a bowl and make tempura mixture. Coat meat, shrimp, fish fillet or vegetables with tempura powder. Dip the meat or shrimp in the tempura mixture. Put enough oil in a fry pan and fry the meat or shrimp at about 170°C until light brown.
