Conventionally seeds are roasted in high temperature, over 270 Celsius. It may cause the formation of benzopyrene. We roast the seeds at low-temperature with far infrared ray. It keeps the natural flavor of seeds without loosing its own nutrition. Our cold-pressing expeller strictly keeps temperature under 70 Celsius, unlike conventional pressing over 200~330 Celsius.
