Cheongdo is the only place where seedless persimmons are produced in korea.

When Cheongdo persimmon trees are transplanted into other places, the trees produce persimmons with seeds.

Why and how can cheongdo produe seedless persimmons?

Topographic and climate characteristics and the persimmon variety come into it. 

Cheongdo Bansi has no seeds and its shape is falt, 

It has soft flesh and is very sweet ( thanks to the huge daily temperature range during maturation).

Persimmon has lots of moisture, so is is a good for making Hongsi. 

Persimmon has lots of vitamin C and is effevtive on preventing aging , overcoming fatigue and preventing cold, so it is very popular.

The Nature Farm semi-dry persimmon is dried below 28℃ with vacuum cold and warm air, keeping the moisture content at 45-50%, making it chewy on the outside and soft like persimmon on the inside, so you can feel sweeter than dried persimmon.

Partially dry a peeled persimmon, and the persimmon becomes half dried persimmon. 

It's surface is glutinous but its inside is soft and moist.

It does not have any seeds so you can eat it very easily.

If you freeze it , it will taste better. Half dried persimmon is a perfect healthy snack.
